FAQ's

  • WHO SUPPLIES THE ALCOHOL?
Due to Pennsylvania state liquor laws, we are legally unable to purchase or sell alcohol. We operate as a BYO bartending service and as the host, you are responsible for purchasing alcohol for your event. We'll work with you to create your perfect bar menu, an alcohol shopping list appropriate for your party size, recommend wines, beers, and spirits, as well as help with transportation of alcohol to your venue, mix and serve fabulous cocktails and return any leftover alcohol to you at the conclusion of your event.
  • HOW FAR WILL YOU TRAVEL?
We will travel and/or deliver the mobile bar up to 45 miles of Milford, Pa. Any miles over 45 miles will be an additional $2 per mile, we will not travel more than 100 miles one way.
  • WHERE CAN WE SET UP THE BAR?
The mobile bar requires flat ground and clear access. No steps, trails, or steep hills of any kind. If you are unsure whether your event location would be suitable for the mobile bar, we would be happy to do a site visit and consultation of no charge to come up with a solution if needed. For outdoor events, where power is not available, we can provide a generator for an additional cost if needed.
  • WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT POLICY?
A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of signing the agreement. Acceptable forms of payment are cash, checks, Venmo, major credit cards. The deposit secures the event date and times for the client and client will pay a $50.00 fee for any, and all returned checks. Balance is due upon completion of bar service and payment for any overage time must be paid before additional hours are provided.
  • WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
In the event of a cancellation, Sip and Serve Mobile Co. requires notice (verbal or written) 14 days before the date of the event. Failure to do so will result in a 100%, non-refundable service charge. Booking deposits are not transferable or refundable unless otherwise agreed upon prior to booking and stated in writing.
  • WHAT HAPPENS IN THE EVENT OF INCLEMENT WEATHER?
Sip and Serve Mobile Co. reserves the right, in good faith, to cease the operation should the weather pose a potential danger to our personnel, the equipment, or guests. Since safety is paramount in all decisions, Sip and Serve Mobile Co. compensation will not be affected if the operation is ended.
